Proposals must be delivered to the Province in digital format via email. It is the Proponent's responsibility to ensure that its Proposal is received before the RFP Closing Date and Time to the email address specified in this RFP. Only digital proposals submitted in whole will be accepted as the Proponent's Proposal. To assist the Evaluation Team, the Proponents are required to provide the Proposal via email in a non-password protected (unlocked) format that allows for insertion of comments. In responding to this RFP, the Proponent's attention is drawn to the following: a) Proposals received after the RFP's Closing Date and Time will be rejected. b) Ambiguous, unclear or unreadable Proposals may be rejected. c) Digital proposals must be delivered via email to AEP.Flood@gov.ab.ca with the RFP number included in the subject heading. Attention: Abdullah Mamun RFP Number: 22TDRRSD1001 d) The time and date of receipt of digital Proposals will be documented upon delivery to the above-noted email address. Proposals must be received email prior to the RFP's Closing Date and Time. The purpose of the Hinton Flood Study is to assess and identify flood hazards along the Athabasca River, Hardisty Creek, Maskuta Creek, Happy Creek, and Cold Creek through the Town of Hinton and Yellowhead County. The study will be completed under the provincial Flood Hazard Identification Program (FHIP), the goals of which include enhancement of public safety and reduction of future flood damages through the identification of flood hazards. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
