Route: USH 051N County: 43 - Oneida County Limit - Minocqua Bridge to Front Street Solicitation ID: NC-01 Concrete joint repairs are needed to extend the service life of the roadway. A concrete joint repair perpetuation project of approximately 0.387 miles in downtown Minocqua, from Minocqua Bridge to Front Street, in Oneida County partial and full depth patching, and curb repair. Coordination with the town will be needed for repairs to parking lanes at town cost. Traffic control coordination will be needed to accommodate high volume vehicle and pedestrian access. Approximately 38 curb ramps will be updated. Survey for curb ramps will be needed. Real estate acquisition may be added, if necessary. Additional coordination with project 1174-10-04 to the north is also need to ensure all curb ramps are updated. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract.
