Contract#: CFAPT00993 Federal# / IRIS Program#: AIP 3-02-0016-228-2024 / CFAPT00993 Region: Central Region This federally funded project will rehabilitate approximately 6,000 feet of water pipe around the North Terminal, C Concourse, A Concourse, and Old Airfield Maintenance (OAM) building at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Improvements will also include hydrant replacements, valve replacements, and grouting a decommissioned water pipe segment under the South Terminal. The Engineers Estimate is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000 The apparent successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as security conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of the contract A bidder may direct questions concerning bidding procedures and requirements to: Sharon L.
