This perpetuation resurfacing project on STH 80 is approximately 9 miles north of the city of Richland Center in Richland County. Curb ramps will be evaluated, guardrail will be replaced, and culverts may be replaced. Structure B-52-12 will be replaced, design by BOS; which may require a temporary structure & TLEs. Structures B-52-0130, B-52-0053, B-52-0108 & B-52-0033 will be rehabilitated, with designs by consultant. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract.
