Renovation of an educational facility in Leadville, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Any proposals received after this date and time will be deemed unresponsive. Lake County School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to re-solicit proposals, to waive any irregularities, to negotiate pricing and to select the proposal deemed to be in the best interests of Lake County School District. Issuance of this RFP does not obligate Lake County School District to award a contract nor is Lake County School District liable for any costs incurred by the proponent in the preparation and submission of the proposal.
