The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (Request or RFQ) is to solicit the interest of potential developers or development teams with a capability to develop a workforce housing project (the Project) within the Development. Specifically, the Public Partners are seeking responses from experienced developers (and development teams) willing to enter into a public-private partnership in accordance with the principles and project goals outlined here. This invitation, together with its attachments, comprise the RFQ. A Project Evaluation Committee (the Committee) has been appointed to review all submitted materials and select a short list of finalists who will be invited to respond to a more detailed Request for Proposals (RFP).
