Perpetuation projects to address pavement surface issues along the corridor. Extending 5.43 miles from East County Line Road (Hochheim Road) to Menomonee Street in Town of Theresa mill and overlay the pavement. Evaluate and replace curb ramps in the Village of Theresa and replace in-kind approximately 13 culverts. B-14-109 over No Name Creek near the Zion Church Road intersection needs the southwest wing and nearby guardrail replaced. C-14-014 (.3 Mi north Hochheim Road over No Name Creek) needs to be replaced. Extending 0.5 miles from Menomonee Street to CTH DD in the Village of Theresa replace the pavement with spot reconditioning to address subgrade issues. Replace curb and gutter, evaluate and replace curb ramps in Town and Village of Theresa replace or add sidewalk as needed and replace storm sewer. Investigate need for real estate acquisition near curb ramps, culvert pipe and beam guard replacement locations. Coordinate replacement of sanitary sewer and water with the Village of Theresa. Prepare a concrete overlay for B-14-68 over the E Branch Rock River. Structure design will be done by consultant. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract.
