Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Whitehall, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of February 17, 2022, project has been awarded but the bidder information is not available. The work consists of removing and disposing of existing flooring and installing new flooring and base trim in 29 rooms which vary in size to include: 15 classrooms remove carpet install vinyl tile; 4 office rooms remove carpet install vinyl tile; 3 classrooms remove carpet install carpet; 5 offices remove carpet install carpet; 2 small staff bathrooms remove linoleum install vinyl tile. Work is expected to be completed during the months of June, July, and August of 2022 and/or 2023 and/or on weekends during the 2022-2023 school year to minimize disruptions to students. Bids must include anticipated project commencement date and anticipated project timeline. The district is willing to take delivery of and store project materials until installation can occur. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid, as defined by state law. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of bid receipt. The successful bidder will furnish an approved Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract. Whitehall Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any and/or all informalities or technicalities, and to act in the best interest of the Whitehall Public Schools.
