Renovation of a stadium in Dubuque, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The project will provide for completing non-destructive subsurface soil stabilization and settlement remediation repairs within the confined finished space of the Mystique Community Ice Center. Remediation solutions to provide both long-term settlement control and improve support to the existing slab-on-grade floor conditions may include the installation of geopiers, micropiles, helical piles, deep compaction grout applications, deep injection polymers, polyurethane foam grouting and slab-jacking The Bid security must be in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the contract and must be in the form of a cashier's check or certified check drawn on a state-chartered or federally chartered bank, or a certified share draft drawn on a statechartered or federally chartered credit union, or the Bidder may provide a Bid Bond with corporate surety satisfactory to the governmental entity Work on the Project must be commenced within ten (10) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued and shall be fully completed by September 1, 2022 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Policy Requirements are not applicable and will not be in effect for this Project Davis-Bacon Federal Prevailing Wage Act and related labor requirements and regulations are not applicable and will not be in effect for this Project.
