Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,920-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project consists of, but is not limited to, materials and labor to build-out a 3920 square foot work area. This area has all of the under floor utilities installed, has a concrete floor, is in an insulated building enclosure, has drywall ceiling and perimeter walls. The ceiling and walls are not taped or finished. The project shall include constructing interior walls, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
