The purpose of this contract is to mobilize to the Duluth-Superior Harbor. Dredge between the upstream and downstream limits indicated on the contract drawings. Place dredged material in the indicated placement areas specified. For material to be placed at the 40th Avenue placement area, inoculate dredged material with provided seed bank. Conduct placement area surveys as specified. Perform maintenance work at the Erie Pier CDF as specified. Clean-up work sites and demobilize from the harbor. Options 1, 2, 3, and 4 are also included in the Bid Schedule. Provide all work, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and administration as indicated herein, as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications, and as necessary to completely perform the work as described.
