Mount Baker Theater Marquee Electronic Message Centers. The improvement consists of: Remove and dispose of the existing three (3) WatchFire 16mm EMC (Electronic Message Center) sign cabinets and the clear chasing perimeter lamps around the border of the existing EMC. Supply and install three (3) new WatchFire 10mm full color EMC sign cabinets with new borders to be filled with aluminum panels that have an acrylic polyurethane satin black finish to match the new EMC cabinet where the perimeter lamps were removed. The (1) front EMC measures 40" high x 238" long (cabinet size) with a viewing area of 36" high x 228" long. The (2) side EMC's measure 40" high x 51" long (cabinet size) with a viewing area of 36" high x 48" long. Contractor is responsible for field verification of all measurements and the new design is to be approved by the Mount Baker Theater (MBT) Executive Director prior to ordering and installing. Supply and install WatchFire Ignite OPx Cloud Based Software and a 4G Wireless Life of Sign Cellular Data Plan, as well as provide training to the Mount Baker Theater Technical Director on all maintenance procedures. And provide a 5-year full parts and labor warranty with an option for extension on all work. Price Range: $50,000 - $80,000 All proposals must be upon the Bid Proposal form provided by the City of Bellingham and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent (5%) of the total bid. No other form of bid security is acceptable. The right is reserved to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
