Sunset Pond to Barkley The City of Bellingham (City) is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide engineering, surveying, environmental, geotechnical, construction administration and other services for the regional Squalicum Creek Trail, Sunset Pond to Barkley connection. This project will involve multiple areas of expertise for all services needed to design, permit, and prepare bid-ready documents for a trail connection through a floodplain and critical areas. The consultant team performing the work shall have exceptional knowledge and demonstrate experience in all local, federal, and city codes and design standards for park and trail design. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
