The City invites all interested parties to submit their qualifications for Landscape Architectural, Architectural, Engineering, Biological, Archaeological, and Geotechnical services for this project. Disadvantaged, minority and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond. The Consultant performing the work is expected to provide comprehensive park, park facility design, cost estimating, specification writing, environmental documentation and reporting services, itemized as follows: iterative development of Parks and Recreation concept design to final construction documents (plans, specifications and estimate), stormwater site plan to satisfy state and local regulations, geotechnical expertise relating to erosion, landslide hazard areas, seismic, and mine hazard areas; geotechnical recommendations for footings and foundations for building permit, critical areas permit application documentation. Park facilities may include utility services, picnic shelter, half-court basketball court, playground and adult exercise area, trails and walkways, lawn area, park furnishings, critical area mitigation, and park maintenance access.
