Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cowansville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Specific items for bidding include a new asphalt paved ADA parking space and ADA access isle, asphalt paved walkways, site grading, including excavation of new play areas, and installation of a new geotextilc wrapped gravel and underdrain piping system. The Township will provide access to an area on site for disposal of any clean fill material. The Township will restore the landscaping, install the fencing, install the DCNR sign, place the play equipment, install the timber boarder, and install the fall surface and play sand above the geotextile wrapped gravel. Proposal must be upon the forms furnished by Senate Engineering Company and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the form attached to the Contract Documents, in the amount of 10% of the Sid, made payable to Sugarcreek Township. Bidders must comply with all requirements of Pennsylvania Act 127 of 2012 and Prevailing wage Act. Sugarcreek Township reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or an proposals
