Scope: Engineering design and construction management for replacement of airfield lighting to include but not limited to: 1. Replace the medium intensity runway lights (MIRLs); 2. Replace runway guidance signs; 3. Replace PAPI-2 units; 4. Replace lighted wind cone; 5. Replace rotating beacon and tower; 6. Install electric vault and equipment, as needed; and 7.
