The City of Naperville is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for the design, installation, operation and maintenance of fixed tilt axis photovoltaic systems on electric substations and Water Reclamation Center. The City of Naperville (City) is hereby requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for the design, installation, operation and maintenance of a fixed tilt axis solar photovoltaic system (PV Project) on the roofs of: o Royce Substation- 888 Royce Road, Naperville, Illinois o Route 59 Substation- 3501 S Route 59, Naperville, Illinois o Tollway Substation- 171 E Schuman Boulevard, Naperville, Illinois o Modaff Substation - 1312 Modaff Road, Naperville, Illinois o Jefferson Substation - 1676 W Jefferson, Naperville, Illinois o Springbrook Substation- 3604 Plainfield Road, Naperville, Illinois o Springbrook Water Reclamation Center- 3712 Plainfield Road, Naperville, Illinois The selected vendor will design, build, install, provide operation and maintenance instructions for a fixed tilt axis solar photovoltaic systems (PV Project) that produces a minimum of 63,500kWh AC per year at the point of invertor outputs. This installation will take place on the roof of the Springbrook Water Reclamation Center building located at 3712 Plainfield RD, Naperville, Illinois 03/02/2022 Notice to Proceed The project has an anticipated completion date of June 3, 2022.
