The City of Naperville is accepting bids from authorized vendors who provide lift station force main inspections. The primary goal of this bid is to review all available data and records for the listed lift stations and force mains, conduct a field reconnaissance visit to observe the lift stations and force mains operation, and to conduct an internal inspection of the force mains. The inspection results will be reviewed, and recommendations made for further studies, inspections, cleaning, repairs, or rehabilitation to the force mains. Any incomplete submittals may be rejected as nonresponsive. Infrequent or first-time users of electronic bidding are requested to load their bids 24 hours prior to bid opening. Procurement staff will make reasonable efforts to assist prospective bidder with any technical issues up until one hour prior to the Due Date and Time. All bids must be received prior to the Due Date and Time set forth on the cover page of this document. A Virtual Bid Opening will be conducted where all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately following the Due Date and Time. Bidders, their authorized agents, and interested parties are invited to join.
