MSTU/Assessment is seeking a qualified Contractor to complete the installation of a mortise type, two (2) rail wood fence, 4 feet in height approximately 775 LF including 2 gates (per specifications) and associated hardware. This project involves the complete installation of a mortise type, two (2) rail wood fence, 4 feet in height approximately 775 LF. Complete with gates with all associated hardware. Hardware consists of but not limited to heavy duty hinges, latches (lockable), wood screws, gate closers and gate stops. 4'gate will be self - closing and latching. All corner, end and gate posts to be installed with concrete at a minimum depth of 3'. All rails to be secured by screws. Contractors must include a 1 Year warranty for labor /workmanship and material It is in the CONTRACTOR's best interest and highly recommended for CONTRACTOR to visit the site. It is the intent of this department to hold an onsite Pre-Bid for all interested vendors.
