Subcontractors are invited to bid on the following project within your area of expertise and experience. All bids must be itemized and cover the complete cost of all labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances, and customary inclusions to provide the full scope of the trade and a complete project. A minimum of three (3) references and a current certificate of insurance must be included with your submittal. Trades needed: site work, electrical, concrete and fencing Demo existing asphalt & concrete, install new compactors, reconfigure electrical and plumbing. Add paving, underground and concrete work. Site - Demo of asphalt, concrete, paving, fencing, electrical and plumbing. Install asphalt, concrete paving and sod. Electrical - Reconfigure electrical for new compactors. Relocate light pole. Concrete - Add concrete slab for new compactors and concrete paving. Fencing - Demo and relocate fencing.
