Springville City desires to retain the services of a Professional Consulting Engineering firm to update the City's Storm Drain Master Plan. Springville City desires to retain the services of a Professional Consulting Engineering Firm to update the City's Storm Drain Master Plan. Each firm will be required to document the scope of work they propose as the best value for the City for each of the following phases: 1) Update Storm Drain Model, 2) Update Storm Drain Master Plan, and 3) Impact Fees. The engineering firm selected through this procurement process will be contracted as the on-call Storm Drain Engineering Consultant for the City for a period of 5 years All questions pertaining to this request for qualifications shall be submitted before 1:00 PM on January 18th, 2022. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
