Ardaman Project No. 20-33-4535 Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Contractor to provide construction services at the intersection of Buckingham Road and Orange River Boulevard in Buckingham. The scope of work encompasses the construction of a replacement mast arms at a signalized intersection and includes, but is not limited to, signal work, mast arm replacement, vehicle detection, and concrete work. 1.2 This project consists of removing and installing mast arms in the exact same locations and during construction either utilizing portable traffic signals or installing a temporary traffic signal. The contractor shall be required to submit a complete Temporary Traffic Control Plan for review and approval at the preconstruction meeting. Refer to Section 102 - Exhibit I - I-6 for further details. 1.3 Portable Changeable Message Signs (PCMS) shall be placed on all 4 approaches two (2) weeks before the start of construction and shall remain for two (2) weeks after the new traffic signal is fully operational. 1.4 The scope of work is further defined and detailed within the exhibits found attached to the draft contract agreement affixed to this solicitation package as well as within the plans associated with this project.
