The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors to replace various pump motors at multiple Bay County Utility Services Water Treatment Plant facilities. Work includes but is not limited to: all labor and materials needed to remove and replace the existing motors and perform a startup of the supplied motors that meets the requirements of the manufacturer to maintain the warranty. A three-year warranty on all material, equipment and workmanship is required. U.S. Electric Motors, GE or an approved equal manufacturer of the following totally enclosed fan cooled, inverter rated motors. Qualification: Contractors shall be Florida licensed electrical contractor. Sub-Contractors shall be Florida licensed in their trade. Bids may be deemed nonresponsive if not accompanied by proof of State of Florida General Contractor's or Building Contractor's License.
