Structure Replacement The bidder, if awarded the project, agrees to begin the work no sooner than May 16th , 2022 (unless written approval is given by the town and engineer) and complete the work no later than September 15th , 2022. The Town of Plainfield plans to replace a structurally deficient and functionally obsolete bridge that carries 4th Avenue over Big Roche A Cri Creek. The project is located 0.8 miles north of CTH O. The project includes replacement of the existing structure that is a 19 feet long concrete flat slab structure with concrete abutments and wingwalls. The proposed structure will consist of two 8 feet by 5 feet precast concrete box culverts; total length will be 64 feet and will be placed at a 37 degree skew to better match the stream flow path.
