Project was awarded to PlayCore Wi for $244,713 Attention to bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of employment to be served and Davis Bacon Act minimum wage rates shall be paid under the contract. This project is funded by the Community Development Block Grant. The Award and Execution of Contract will be in compliance with Section 103 and 107 of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (40 U.S.C. 327- 330) as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR part 5). No Builder Risk Insurance is required. Liquidated damages in the amount designated in the Specification and Contract Documents will be assessed for failure to complete the work within the contract completion time as speci- fied therein. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All bidders must be licensed gen- eral contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1976 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Each bidder shall write on the outside of the envelope containing his bid (1) the contractor's license number, (2) the license expiration date, and (3) that part of the classification applying to the bid. If this is not done, the bid will not be opened. All bids must be sealed and plainly marked "Mosby Park Playground Project". Bids must be submitted on the BID FORM supplied for that purpose.
