Electric Division will be accepting sealed bids for the following work: Two-year contract for mowing, trimming and proper maintenance of lawns at the CU Power Service Center, Harrison Building, sixteen substation sites and two recloser sites. Contract may be extended two years if Cleveland Utilities and Contractor both agree at the end of the awarded cycle and there is no price increase. Bidders must furnish proof of a minimum of $1,000,000 insurance for bodily injury, property damage and Workmans Compensation before bid will be awarded. Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to waive all formalities and informalities in any bid received, to reject any and all bids for any reason whatsoever and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of Cleveland Utilities. Cleveland Utilities does not discriminate based on race, color or national origin in federal or state sponsored programs, pursuant to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d).
