Description

Demolition and renovation of a municipal facility in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for the demolition of a municipal facility.

The project includes interior wall painting, demolition and replacement of interior flooring, and replacement of millwork. A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 2435 Guthrie Drive NW, Cleveland TN 37320. Contractor is fully responsible for making sure sealed bid is delivered to Cleveland Utilities by the closing date and time. Cleveland Utilities will maintain a plan holders list so that any addendums can be distributed in a timely manner No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. All questions should be directed to McKenzie Curtis. Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids. All bidders must be licensed Contractors in compliance with all requirement of the State of Tennessee Contractors Licensing Act
