Site work for a water / sewer project in Damascus, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids for the installation of the following: WSL-010-21A Combined Water Line Extension Project (Taylor's Valley Road, Prices Bridge Road, Monroe Road and Green Spring Road) The project consists of installation of approximately 13,193 linear feet of 4-inch, 2-inch waterline and all associated appurtenances as shown on the plans. MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids. The bidder shall include with his or her bid a copy of the Contractor's bid bond, acknowledgement of addendum(s) (if applicable), the completed "Bidders Qualification Statement", and the "Bidder Compliance Statement Regarding Equal Employment Opportunity" (Attachment #3 Contract Inserts), and "MBE/WBE Compliance Checklist" (Attachment 1 Contract Inserts), and the EPA Subcontractor Forms (Attachment 6 Contract Inserts) which are contained in the Contract Documents.
