Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 307.86, 307.87, 307.92, and applicable codes of the Ohio Revised Codes (O.R.C.), public notice is hereby given that submittals will be received by the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities (FCBDD) at 2879 Johnstown Road, Columbus, Ohio 43219, as indicated below: Reference Number: FCBDD 2022 Bixby Cooling Tower Replacement Title: 2022 Bixby Cooling Tower Replacement The Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities is seeking bids to replace an existing closed circuit cooling tower and associated work at BLSC. The project is subject to prevailing wages and Franklin County Quality Contracting Standards. Scope of Work: installation and maintenance of highway and street lighting, highway and street sign lighting, electronic message boards and traffic control systems, camera systems, traffic signal work, substation and line construction including overhead and underground projects for private and industrial work as in accordance with the IBEW Constitution. This Agreement includes the operation of all tools and equipment necessary for the installation of the above projects.
