The City of Groveport will receive sealed bids for the 2024 Groveport Park Pickleball Courts Project until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, February 15, 2024. The work for which proposals are invited consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the construction of the 2024 Groveport Park Pickleball Courts Project (the Project). Work consisting of: Base Bid Construction of an eight-court pickleball facility comprised of approximately 2,400 s.y. of asphalt playing surface and 7,800 s.f. of adjoining concrete walks. The project also includes associated earthwork, 1,200 feet of chain link fencing, 600 feet of 2-inch water supply piping and the foundations/conduit for a future court lighting system. Alternate No. 1 (Add) Work to include completion of the court lighting system inclusive of 6 lights poles with luminaires, circuitry wiring and power supply/control system. In order to be considered, Contractors shall submit bids on both the Base bid and Add Alternate bid. A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 9:00 am local time, at the Groveport Recreation Center, located at 7370 Groveport Road, Groveport, Ohio.
