As of October 7, 2022, construction has not started. The project is on an indefinite hold due to funding. The owner has selected a Construction Manager. This project is currently out to bid for subs through the construction manager for concrete only. Expansion and partial renovation of the existing Comparative Medicine and Research Building (CMRB) in Bastrop, Texas Owner designates the following person, as its representative and Point-of Contact for this RFQ. Respondents shall restrict all contact with Owner and direct all questions regarding this RFQ, including questions regarding terms and conditions, to the Point-of-Contact John Wroth The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center Sourcing & Contract Management Email: jswroth@mdanderson.org Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Qualifications, waive any formalities or minor technical inconsistencies, or delete any item or requirements from this RFQ when deemed to be in Owner's best interest.
