It is the intent of these specifications to describe the Parks Riverwalk Outlook Rehabilitation for which the City of Bastrop is requesting bids, to establishing a contract. Contract will start when the contract is signed and will end when the work is completed, inspected, and approved by City Staff. This project is for the reconstruction of the two outlook piers on the June Pape Hill Riverwalk, (Outlook 1) behind Neighbors Kitchen and (Outlook 2) behind Ferry Park. Outlook 1 dimensions: 41'L, 12' 6"W, Hand railing 3'H, Entrance ramp 9'L and 6'W. Seats run 10' along length X 8' 6" along width on both sides X 2' in height. Outlook 2 dimensions: 41'L, 12' 6"W, Hand railing 3'H, Entrance ramp 17'L and 6' 6"W. Seats run 2' from edge of entrance ramp 11' and 10' 4" along length X 7' 9" along width X 2' in height.
