A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Bastrop County is seeking to enter into a contract with a competent construction firm to design and construct a metal building that will be used as an office/workshop/warehouse. The following building specifications are requested to be part of the sealed proposal: Concrete Slab Design and Construction (Slab will need to be able to accommodate all types of vehicle traffic from light weight trucks to heavy road equipment such as motor graders and 13 yard dump trucks) Metal Building: 50ft clear span width 80ft overall length 16ft wall height 2 quantity - overhead doors (16ft wide x 14ft height) 3 quantity - walk doors (3ft wide x 6ft-8inch height) 6 quantity - horizontal windows (6ft wide x 3ft height) 1 quantity - attached lean to (24ft wide x 80ft length) Bastrop County will be responsible for the following task and they should not be included in the proposed scope of work or pricing submitted to Bastrop County in response to this request for proposals: Slab grading and placement of subbase All plumbing and electrical supplies required for rough-in and finish-out will be provided by Bastrop County Deadline for Submittal of Written Questions 5 PM, January 7, 2022 *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
