As of October 7, 2022, construction has not started. The project is on an indefinite hold due to funding. The owner has selected a Construction Manager. This project is currently out to bid for subs through the construction manager for concrete only. Expansion and partial renovation of the existing Comparative Medicine and Research Building (CMRB) in Bastrop, Texas Owner designates the following person, as its representative and Point-of Contact for this RFQ.
