As of July 21, 2022, a design/build firm has been awarded. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. Awarded design/build firm information has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Summit County Resource Allocation Park (SCRAP) is soliciting proposals for the provision of professional services to design build a new MRF/Commodity storage building and scale house. The most responsible proposal or proposals will be decided by criteria determined essential to Summit County. The criteria are not limited to the lowest price. Deadline for all electronic questions regarding this request must be received no later than Friday January 7th , 2022; by 12:00 pm MST.
