As of October 3, 2024, this project is in the design phase. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. Previous solicitation listed below for reference: Summit County Government ("County") is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide services for the following: Selection and design of a clear-span structure to replace three (3) culverts conveying Straight Creek under Straight Creek Drive CR 58. The Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive bid.
