Questions concerning this Request for Proposals shall be directed to the City's Municipal Fiber Outside Plant Manager, Jerry Schleiger at jerry.schleiger@cityofloveland.org The Dillon Town Center is a commercial/residential area located between Lake Dillon Drive, Buffalo and East LaBonte Streets. The Town Council desires to revitalize the Dillon Town Center and in 2020 approved the Town Core Master Plan. One of the Town Council's goals is to create a walkable downtown with connections from the Dillon Town Park to the lakefront. The Town owns the majority of streets, sidewalks and open space areas in the downtown area. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK The purpose of this proposal is to use the existing Town Core Master Plan to develop the walkability goal for the Dillon Town Center including final design, construction drawings and estimates and prepare bid package for construction. The scope of work shall include the following items: Town Core Master Plan: The consultant shall review the Town Core Master Plan to understand the goals of the Dillon Town Council, specifically as it relates to walkability in the downtown. Town of Dillon Design Guidelines: The consultant shall review the Design Guidelines to ensure compliance with design concepts presented. Create final design of walkability improvements including connections to Town Park and the lakefront. Prepare construction drawings and estimates for final design once approved by Dillon Town Council. Prepare construction bid package in late 2022/early 2023 for construction in summer 2023.
