The City of Surrey (the "City") is seeking a Quotation from professional landscape maintenance firms to provide a fixed price for grass cutting of boulevards, medians, traffic islands, and walkways to West Central Surrey sites. The Contractor should provide everything needed to meet the requirements of the grass cutting services including, without limitation, any and all labour, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, parts, transportation and management necessary faithfully perform and provide Services in this contract. The Contractor should perform complete grass cutting maintenance as generally described in Schedule A for all grass cutting locations listed in Schedule "A-1 List of Locations - (West Central Surrey)". The Services are to be performed for the City's Engineering Department - Operations Division, Contracts & Solid Waste Section. The Contractor shall meet all of the standards of performance identified in the contract. The Contractor shall perform all related support functions such as supply, subcontracting, quality control, financial oversight, and maintenance of complete records and files. All labour and supplies shall continually conform to the recognized standards accepted by applicable industry trade associations, and to the most current applicable Municipal, Provincial and National codes, by-laws, regulations, permits and other applicable requirements. The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with applying for and adhering to these codes, by-laws, regulations, permits and requirements.
