Shortlist Shortlist The following data is intended to form the basis for submission of proposals to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk ("CMAR") services in connection with the design and construction of the rehabilitation of the Historic Melrose Building ("Historic Melrose"). This material contains general conditions for the procurement process, the scope of service requested, contract requirements, instructions for submissions of proposals, and submission forms that must be included in the proposal. This Request for Proposals ("RFP") should be read in its entirety before preparing the proposal. All materials submitted pursuant to this RFP shall become the property of the City of Memphis ("City" or "COM"). Proposer Questions Deadline January 11, 2022 (Tues) by 5 p.m City Response to Questions January 18, 2022 (Tues) Identify the name of the Proposer's company, location of the main office, how many years the company has been in business under the present name and current ownership, total staff, project volume in 2021 and anticipated project volume in 2022 and 2023. Indicate the company's single project and aggregate project bonding capacities. Confirm the company's ability to provide a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract form if the company is selected for the Project. If Proposer is a partnership or joint venture between companies, submit the above-requested information for each company. The City reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all proposals submitted. The City shall reject the proposal of any Proposer that is determined to be non-responsive.
