**As of March 8, 2022 this project was awarded to Santarossa Mosaic and Tile. Awarded amount not established. All work for the complete construction of the Project will be under one Prime Contract with the Owner based on proposals received and awarded. All proposals shall include a price for the complete turnkey installation. The Contractor shall field verify all existing conditions and coordinate his work prior to submitting the proposal. o New Epoxy terrazzo floor finish in existing cafeteria and at south door opening into Kitchen as indicated herein. o Contractor shall provide all labor and materials required to install new epoxy terrazzo floor finish in cafeteria and at adjacent south entrance into Kitchen. Contractor shall purchase and install wall base. In addition, the Contractor is to provide all coordination with the Owner and Owner's Representative for conducting work, providing for safety around and to the work site, minimizing and repairing any damage or impact to existing building materials or systems due to construction activities at no cost to the Owner. Contractor is allowed to utilize the Owner's electricity, water, and sanitary facilities as necessary to carry out the project scope of work, and as coordinated with the Owner's Representative. Contractor is responsible for all costs to hire a qualified electrician to connect equipment power supply to Owner's existing electrical panels. Construction Trailers if necessary or storage containers/fenced-in lay-down space for construction materials is the responsibility of the Contractor and is to be coordinated with the Owner's Representative, and any damage to exterior site conditions must be restored to original condition at the end of the project at no cost to the Owner.
