Base Bid Work: Base Bid Work consists of the following but not limited to complete removal of existing chain link fencing fabric, posts and concrete, gates, existing concrete sidewalks, asphalt pavement, existing storm structures and storm pipe, removal of existing landscape areas. Installation of new vinyl coated chain link fencing fabric, fence posts and concrete footings, gates, concrete sidewalks and pavement, concrete curbs, concrete retaining walls, asphalt pavement, Asphalt sealcoating and parking striping-painting-signage, railings, storm piping, storm structures, erosion mats, necessary grading and excavation, seeding and strawing of all existing disturbed yard areas and all disturbed yard spaces disturbed by any and all new work. The School Corporation shall have the right to accept any bid within sixty (60) days after the time of opening of the bids, during which time no bids shall be withdrawn; at any time to reject any and all bids for any reason at all; and to waive all formalities or irregularities in the bidding. After the purchase of one complete set of documents and the payment of a non-refundable cost of $50.00, PDF files will be made available. If paying by check, please make checks payable to Repro Graphix, Inc. The deposit will be refunded in full to the prime contract bidder when the Plans and Specifications have been returned to Repro Graphix within ten (10) days after the time set for receiving bids, in good re-usable condition. If Plans and Specifications are returned after this ten (10) day limit, or in an unusable condition, the deposit shall be forfeited to cover the cost of reproduction.
