Buyer's Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required - Contractors License Required - Installation Required - FOB Destination Award Requirements - All or None Award The West Colfax Sculpture, formally named EverTrees, will be the focal point of the West Colfax Sculpture Walk to be completed in 2022. Information about the project can be found on the following link: West Colfax Sculpture Walk - City of Lakewood, and as further described herein. EverTrees will be installed in two stages. Stage one includes the fabrication and installation of three (3) steel sleeves onto a concrete foundation to be completed by others in January 2022. Stage two includes the fabrication and installation of the EverTrees sculpture elements after gabion and cobblestone installation is completed during a community build tentatively scheduled for spring/early summer of 2022.
