Enterprise HS Building Pad and Site Improvements The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible Bidder based on any combination of Base Bid and Alternates, if applicable, as determined by the District. This process may be conducted by the District in a "blind selection" format, i.e., without knowledge of the identity of any of the Bidders before ranking of all Bidders from lowest to highest has been determined. All awards will be made in the District's best interest. The Full Contract Completion Date is August 10, 2022 (Note Required Milestones in Special Conditions). Each bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the California Business and Professions Code, and be licensed to perform the work called for in the Contract Documents. The successful bidder must possess a valid and active Class B License at the time of bid and throughout the duration of this Contract. The Contractor's California State License number shall be clearly stated on the bidder's proposal Separate payment and performance bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the total Contract amount issued by a California admitted surety as defined in California Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120, are required, and shall be provided to the Owner prior to execution of the Contract and shall be in the form set forth in the Contract Documents.
