The community is served by the Kerman Unified School District (KUSD) with approximately 4,601 students across six public schools throughout the City. Kerman High School, Enterprise High School, Kerman Middle School, Liberty Elementary School, and the Community/Teen Center are all located south of 180 and west of 145. In addition, Kerman-Floyd Elementary School, the Senior Center, and Goldenrod Elementary lie east of 145. KUSD is planning an expansion to include an additional school campus and athletic complex located along SR 180 and 145. Staff Coordination & Project Kick-off Meeting (City & Consultant) he City will schedule a kick-off meeting with the Consultant to discuss the proposed project, review and establish tasks and a timeline in accordance with the Caltrans grant requirements. The Consultant will finalize an outline of action items for completion of the project, which City staff will approve. City staff will conduct monthly meetings with the planning Consultant to ensure tasks are progressing as outlined in the project schedule.
