Deadline for Questions: Monday, January 10th, 2022 at 4:30 pm In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: Approximately 271 linear feet (LF) of sanitary sewer, removed and replaced Approximately 133 LF of concrete encasement for proposed sanitary sewer through Blodgett Creek Approximately 292 LF of stream channel restoration and stabilization, including three riffles Replace 10 LF of storm sewer and headwall Refer to the Contract Documents and Specification Section 01 11 00 Summary of Work for additional information. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to frequently monitor the Bids website for project updates and addenda. The NEORSD reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received. The Contract will be subject to the NEORSD policies and goals regarding the use of minority, women, and small business enterprises (MBE/WBE/SBE). This policy is contained in the Contract Specifications. The MBE/WBE/SBE goal for this Contract is 5% MBE/WBE and 5% SBE. The Engineer's Estimate for the STREAM BANK STABILIZATION ALONG BLODGETT CREEK AT BRIGADOON WAY IN STRONGSVILLE is $390,000.
