Site work and paving for a civil project in Strongsville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This Project consists of installation of storm sewers, manholes, catch basins and pavement and landscape restoration. Each BID must contain the full name or names of the interested parties, and in the case of a corporation not chartered in Ohio, with a proper certificate that such corporation is authorized to do business in Ohio, and be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check on a solvent bank or bid bond made payable to the order of the City of Strongsville, Ohio, in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid issued by a surety company licensed in the State of Ohio. The BID check or BID bond, as the case may be, will be held as a guarantee that, if the BID proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into between the bidder and the City of Strongsville, Ohio. The price of material and labor bid shall be separately stated. Bidders must use the printed forms of proposal available as aforesaid, as none other will be accepted. American Iron and Steel Requirement Bidder agrees to comply with the EEO requirements of P.L. 113-76 Consolidated Appropriations Act 2014.
