Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project includes the development of new park amenities including activity courts, waterplay area, playground, open-air shelters, a new one-story wood frame building, a new garage, sidewalks, roadways, utilities. The project includes demolition of existing baseball fields and control building, tennis courts, and playground. New work includes site preparation for the buildings and site improvements, the new enclosed building and open-air shelters, a garage, utilities tie-ins and storm water management. Each BID must contain the full name or names of the interested parties, and in the case of a corporation not chartered in Ohio, with a proper certificate that such corporation is authorized to do business in Ohio, and be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check on a solvent bank or bid bond made payable to the order of the City of Strongsville, Ohio, in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The BID check or BID bond, as the case may be, will be held as a guarantee that, if the BID proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into between the bidder and the City of Strongsville, Ohio. Bidders must use the printed forms of proposal available as aforesaid, as none other will be accepted. A Bidder/Contractor will be deemed committed to the Department of Labor's goals and timetables for the Cleveland, Ohio area as specified in the Notice of Requirements for Affirmative Action to ensure Equal Employment Opportunity (Executive Order 11246 by submitting a properly signed bid).
