JACKSON COUNTY EXPO EVENT CENTER ROOF COATING Located at: located at 200 Antelope Rd White City, OR 97503SCOPE OF PROJECT: This project involves replacement of the existing water system that services both domestic and fire hydrant uses at the Jackson County Roads Complex. The existing system will remain in service until new system has been installed, tested and all water services have been transferred to new mains. The existing system shall be abandoned in place. Contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment to provide a fully functioning water system as described in the documents from Marquess & Associates titled "JACKSON COUNTY ROADS DEPARTMENT WATER SYSTEM UPGRADE" Start Date: October 2023 Approximate Completion Date: Spring 2024 See official Jackson County All bids received which are in proper form will be publicly opened at the above time and place. Bids entered after the above date and time will not be accepted. The Agency may, at its discretion, postpone any such action following the opening, for the period expressed in Agency's Instruction to Bidders, during which period the bids will be irrevocable and open to public inspection. Each bidder must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120. This form is included in the ITB packet. All bids are subject to the applicable requirements of ORS Chapters 279, 279A, 279B, 279C and 701, and the regulations of the Jackson County Facility Maintenance. Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, and in the form prescribed in the Instruction to Bidders, must accompany each bid. Bid security of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned or refunded as and when provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All work is subject to ORS Chapters 279C.800 to 279C.870.
