City of Central Point Parks and Recreation Department is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms for the development of the Central Point - Bear Creek Greenway Master Plan and Boes Property Conceptual Plan. Responses shall be in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the project title, company name and date of submittal. Final consultant selection will be based on qualifications and demonstrated experience in the respondent submittals. The consultant/proposal will be selected based on the project approach demonstrating the consultant's ability to achieve the City's stated objectives for completing the Project, demonstrated experience of the project team in completing tasks outlined in Scope of Work, the capability and availability of the project team, and the ability to meet the project schedule. The City of Central Point reserves the right to evaluate, approve, or reject firms based on their review.
