Situated on a hillside between two residential neighborhoods, Calahan Park (a 20-acre park located at 45 Locust Street, Burlington, VT) serves as a regional hub for soccer and baseball leagues, and as an important neighborhood park for the surrounding residential neighborhoods The existing playground at Calahan Park is approximately 37 years old and Burlington Parks Recreation and Waterfront seeks to hire a contractor to design and install a replacement playground. BPRW will remove this equipment prior to contractor construction. The selected contractor will provide the City with professional services to realize the successful implementation of all aspects of this project. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating work with any sub-contractors. The allocated budget for this project is $80,000 and includes toddler play equipment and school-aged playground.
